Kedico, Inc. attempts to utilize its best efforts at all times in providing its customers with the highest quality products and services possible. As an integral part of this effort, it is the common goal of our various marketing programs to insure the satisfaction of our clients with the performance, content and appearance of any items or services we may provide.

To help insure this desirable result, as well as to resolve unnecessary complaints before they occur, Kedico works closely on a proactive basis with its suppliers to insure that its customers are able to base their puchasing decisions on the most up to date information, specifications or photographs available. In keeping with this intention, Kedico is happy to direct any inquiring parties to the website, brochure, specification sheet or any other information source which served as the basis for representations, performance claims or descriptions of items utilized in its marketing efforts.

PRODUCT AND SERVICE WARRANTIES

In all instances where Kedico acts as the distributor for products produced by other parties, we are obviously reliant on the manufacturer to accurately identify item performance, safety and limitation features. Moreover, the diversity of the items & product(s) that we currently offer makes it virtually impossible for our personnel to become qualified experts in all aspects of any new product research, modifications and/or recalls applicable to our supplying factories. In keeping with this limitation, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience or other difficulties that may be experienced by our clientele from time to time due to any delays that may occur in Kedico's timely updating of its website, and other advertising medium, with any new information published or issued by our suppliers.

In recognition of these administrative and communication limitations, and as a standard condition of all sales transactions, the customer acknowledges his or her understanding that any representation(s) made by Kedico concerning the product(s) listed on its website, and/or identified in direct correspondence, are exclusively provided on a best effort basis, and reflect the level of knowledge available to us at the time of writing and publication. .

It is further understood that any warranty exchanges or return of goods for refund credit shall always be limited to the level of such relief then available to Kedico on a case by case basis from the actual manufacturer(s) involved. T o that end, and as a condition of all sales, the purchaser agrees to idemnify Kedico, Inc.,its management and agents, and to hold them all collectively harmless from any liability that could result from product defects, or the failure of any item(s) sold to perform to the level of capability claimed by the applicable manufacturer(s) or supplier(s) involved.

In summary, unless otherwise stated, all product(s) and service(s) marketed by Kedico, Inc. to its clientele are sold on an "as is - where is" predicate. While Kedico attempts to fairly and accurately represent the condition, performance capability and uniqueness of each individual product via extensive written explanations and photos, our customers are encouraged to secure other opinions or review and consider alternative sources of information in making their puchasing decisions. That being suggested, it is herewith noted and acknowledged by the customer that the written descriptions contained in this website represent the sole basis of the sales, with any other representations, whether expressed or implied being invalid unless confirmed by Kedico in writing.
