All consulting and research services provided by Kedico, Inc. for its clientele are similarly performed on a best effort basis. While we regret and apologize in advance for any errors our firm may make in conducting such activities, incomplete data bases, gaps in existing records, erroneous premises in accepted doctrines and other factors beyond Kedico's control can always lead to wrong conclusions. As in the examples when everyone in Europe believed that the Earth was flat, or that it was okay for doctors to bleed their patients, academic positions, even when universally accepted as being valid, can always be found at a later time to be incorrect.

In keeping with these examples, and as a condition of all consulting and research activities undertaken by Kedico on its behalf, the customer acknowledges their basic understanding that all such efforts are necessarily limited in the scope by the general availability of information applicable to the research subject. Consistent with this limitation, the client agrees to hold Kedico harmless from any liability that it might otherwise incur as a result of any and all erroneous conclusions or recommendations it may make predicated on its understanding of currently held doctrines subsequently proven to be false.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Customers will be permitted to return any defective or damaged product(s) purchased from Kedico, Inc. for a full refund of the original price if returned unused within seven (7) days of the initial date of receipt, once authorized by Kedico to do so. Products returned after the expiration of this period, returned by the client without Kedico's prior knowledge and approval or found not to be defective following inspection by Kedico subsequent to their return, may, at Kedico's sole discretion, be subject to a restocking fee equal to twenty percent (20%)of the original purchase price. Similarly, customers returning products involving any of these three unauthorized scenarios may also be charged all shipping expenses incurred by our firm in arranging for the original delivery to the customer's location.

Kedico reserves the right to extend its standard seven (7)day inspection period in any circumstance where it deems such action to be an appropriate or warranted response to any special or unusual circumstances that may be involved. In no case will Kedico assume or pay any COD charges necessitated by the shipment of returned product(s).

NO refunds or returns of any kind will be permitted by Kedico with regard to opinion, appraisal or research work, whether performed on an hourly rate or project billing predicate.

RE-PRINTING AND PUBLICATION OF MATERIALS

The opinions and research provided by Kedico, Inc.,unless otherwise stated, are exclusively based on our proprietary effort, experience and knowledge and shall remain its property at all times. As such, nothing in the delivery to, and/or review or use of such materials by any client shall be construed in any way as granting said party the authority to re-print, publish, copy or otherwise distribute Kedico's work without its express written permission. In any and all instances where improper or unauthorized use of its work occurs, the client understands that Kedico, Inc. will pursue all available remedies under law for relief, with all costs incurred in this process being the client's responsibility.
